Dr. Tanya Siff is a licensed psychologist with more than 25 years of experience helping adults, adolescents, couples, and families understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University and practices from a psychoanalytic and psychodynamic perspective — an approach grounded in the belief that real change comes from insight, not just technique.
Dr. Siff works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction and recovery, trauma, infertility, relationship difficulties, and questions of identity, meaning, and spirituality. She also practices Imago relationship therapy with couples and is currently writing a book on practical mindset shifts for overcoming overeating.
Known for her warm, direct, and thoughtful style, Dr. Siff creates a collaborative environment where clients feel genuinely heard while being supported to grow. She works with people from diverse cultural, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds and is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Russian and French.
Dr. Siff is licensed in New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, and sees all patients via telehealth.
